6:30am: Beach Training or Outdoor Park Gym Sessions
9am: Post-workout meal (at your own apartment)
10am onwards FREE TIME!
7pm: Strength Training in Gym
Training times scheduled to allow lots of free time to get out and explore the delights of Dubai.
We have a list of options for tours and adventures which you will have plenty of time to do.
Group sessions are mornings only, outside of this, you are free to enjoy the week on your own or with members of the group ...how you wish.
Return flights from Malta to Dubai are with our partner's Emirates.
We stay at Dubai Marina, the most desirable location in Dubai, which is within walking distance of the beach, outdoor gyms, over 200 marina restaurants and also Dubai Marina Mall with 'Waitrose' supermarket.
Your studio has a kitchenette with fridge, so preparing your own healthy meals is easy.
The Dubai Metro which links you to every tourist attraction and shopping mall in Dubai, is also very close by.

Q: Will I be fit enough for the Dubai Fitness Experience?
A: Yes! We have designed every session for every fitness level and every age group. You do everything at you own pace, and if you want to be pushed, have a chat with us.
Don't forget, we will train you at our club in Malta to prepare you for the activities to make sure you get full enjoyment!
Q What's The Purpose of The Fitness Experience?
A: It's always good to have something to aim for; a goal. Based in Malta, we have to endure a pretty damp and chilly couple of months at the start of the year, and that's on the back of a festive season. Our training starting in January provides some focus to get in shape ready for a great fitness challenge in some amazing locations in Dubai.
You'll also soak up some long awaited sunshine, and when you return to Malta at the end of April, you'll be ahead of the game with your toned, sun-kissed body!
Q: When exactly is it happening?
A: We depart on Wednesday April 17th at 14:30pm for 5 days (extended nights are optional). This is Easter weekend.
Q: Do we do everything as a group?
A: No. This is a flexible itinerary. We train as a group in the mornings. You can then split and do your own thing. We have done every activity and excursion in Dubai, so can give you some great tips on what to do, whether that is shopping, desert safari, water parks, sky diving or just chilling at the beach. You have all day to do what you want.
Q: What food do we eat?
A: We have chosen self catering apartments so we can prepare healthy foods in the privacy of our own home. We are close to Waitrose supermarket which have a great variety of healthy foods. We can also advise you on nutrition for the week, including how to select healthy options at the thousands of fantastic restaurants in Dubai.
Q: Will it be hot in Dubai?
A: In April, the temperature is usually around 30 degrees. Perfect for outdoor morning training and lifestyle!
Q: Why have you chosen a 3 star accommodation?
A: We have used Marina accommodation on many occasions and although it's not super luxury, we have always had a comfortable stay. Let's not forget why we're here. We need a kitchen and a bed. Luxury can sometimes take the focus away from the reality of getting down to basics. A week in a luxury hotel in Dubai Marina will set you back around €4,000 - €10,000 for the week, without flights! We'll be enjoying the best lifestyle location in Dubai for a fraction of the price.
Q: Who will be organizing and leading the trip?
A: Myself, Paul. I have lived and worked in Dubai. I still go to Dubai 4 - 5 times a year for retreats and corporate wellness programmes. I know Dubai very well and have great relationships with our partners there. I will be here in Malta to prepare you for the trip, travel with the group to Dubai and take you through every session whilst we are there.
Q: Can we go out and drink alcohol on this trip?
If you are even considering having a glass of anything other than water, Arabic coffee or fresh mango juice, this is not the trip for you. Go on a package holiday instead. We go on retreats to treat our bodies with healthy food, sleep, relaxation, new adventures & experiences, fitness challenges and some serious body shape changes. We chose Dubai as the temptation of alcohol is not in your face everywhere you look.
Q: Can I bring the little ones and the other half?
A: Absolutely! For a few hundred Euros extra, the family can share your apartment and stay in bed whilst you get out and train for a bit. You then have the rest of the day together! What a great way to spend a family holiday and still get your own personal time. We can also arrange for your partner to join the training. The kids clubs at Dubai Marina are fantastic, and I have personally left my little boy from 5 years old at these superb, secure clubs on many occasions. The laws in Dubai for childcare are strict, and the activities are so good, the kids tell you to go away when you go back to collect them!
Q: How and when do I pay?
A: To reserve your place, we only require a €200 deposit. The rest is paid in the following month when we secure the booking for the hotel and flights. The reason we have to pay for flights and accommodation early is we need to ensure we have our group rate and all rooms at the same hotel etc.
