As the name implies, Mastering Solitude will show you the strengths & benefits of being mentally strong and independent.

 

This is not one of those 'wishy-washy' self-help, group gatherings. It's an evidence-based approach to mindfulness that focuses on the prevention of future health problems, by bringing your attention to the present and exploring your perceptions of health.

 

RETREAT PHILOSOPHY

The retreat respects individuals' privacy by NOT encouraging interaction, small-talk, or any of the slightly intimidating introductions found on other retreats. You will have time and space for yourself.

This retreat and the discovery process is about you as an individual and is not relevant to other people's journey or experience.

Consultations, treatments, training & your retreat program are done privately, 1:1. Confidential.

The talks sessions and some activities are as a group, but not necessarily interactive, so you can come and sit peacefully to simply listen.
